nice supervisors

hey bloggie, this week seems alot faster than last week. well, at least i got more things to do. erm no, actually it started off that way. carlos (one of my supervisor) asked me to help out in the updating of all the inventories in 4 cabinets. it took me 2 days to do half of it and on the third day when i was about to finish it, i got posted to another department, from chemical to gas. i was kinda reluctant but there was nothing i could do. said my goodbyes and yup, i'm off to another place. it was sorta depressing.
the gas department was much poorer than the chem department. there was no phone line, no photocopying machine, no water cooler, no table of my own. there was like nothing but a meeting table that filled up almost 3/4 of the container. see the difference, i dun even haf an office. when i went to the new office, everyone seemed to be so much older than i do, compared to the chem side. asked alot of questions like how come they dun have this and that. fortunately, my supervisors were nice enough to answer all my questions. in fact, i should really thank god that they never scold me. who i am to complain? i am not even a staff there. bleah
got 4 new supervisors. got to know them on my second day working there (thursday). there was nothing for me to do, so i just sat at the chair and read my book, newspaper, some documents, papers, in fact everything that i got hold off. basically, i just sat there and read until it was time for lunch. yeah!! 3 of my supervisors took me out for lunch at jack's place. woo hoo!! first time there. was quite tempted to try the steak but i couldn't cuz my parents dun allow me too eventhough im no longer a buddhist. anyway, ordered fish and chips. it was darn nice. the food took awhile before it was served to us. meanwhile, i was flirting with the waitress. i think she's the most 2 years older than me but what the heck, i was bored. gave her a flirtatious smile and thank her when she served us drinks. the next thing i know, she kept walking pass me to ask if we need anything else. each time she walked pass, we will exchange eye contact. haha.. it was fun i guess. lol

got back my results today. i think it was quite okay. thought i'll do better but ya.. all glory goes to GoD.

ya. had not much feelings when i got it. disappointed cuz i was hoping to get like at least 2 distinctions but the As are good. Praise the Lord!! the weather was quite bad, so hot. went for lunch and went home to bathe before going back to work. haha. rush off to newton after work for leaders retreat at a condo opposite ACS barker.
