had my first official MOB training yesterday. it was AWESOME! shall talk bout Saturday first.
21st August
Saturday was yet another day of slacking. wanted to go swenson with nicholas but he has lunch at home. i asked chrystal along too but she had camp com meeting so ya, in the end, the whole thing was cancelled. i stayed at home to watch cartoons, from 9am till 1.30pm. in the midst of it, i got quite bored and started making some funny sounds. i thought it was quite interesting so i made a voice recorder and saved it in my phone. as some of u might have heard it, i find this new ringtone quite amusing. unfortunately, the attention that i will capture from this ringtone will be too overwhelming that i am unable to do so. bleah.
during yf, mich made another unique ringtone for me. actuallyu it wasn't that orignal already since shuzhen had a similar one too. oh well. nevertheless, i saved it in my phone too. interested to hear, pls call gao saam paet gao gao paet gao nung!
oh boy! it sounded like some advertisement rite. anyhow, where were we? after yf, went to toa payoh to have dinner. actually i went there just read my book- Evangelism by fire.
some background knowledge:
The first assignment given to the MOB team was to do 2 book reviews by the first meeting which was yesterday. i lost my first book review thus i had no choice but to redo it and thats y i was reading it.
in Macs, i find it pretty hard to concentrate cuz of the crowd. i tried multi tasking at first, but ended up talking most of the time. but that's not the point. i finished it on time, as in like 30 mins before deadline. i told renzi that i would sent her an email by that day so which means i had to do that before 12am.
Sunday 22nd August
No i wasn't at Yimin's place this week. during service, i sat with chris and edwin. the whole service, 3 of us were kinda distracted. edwin found an ant on my bag and he placed it on his bulletin. he got quite fasctinated by that ant which was crippled. instead of 6 legs, it has like 4 only. edwin was horribly fascinated by that puny creature. after playing with it for like 20 mins, he threw in on my head. i reckoned that the ant got lost in the forest. chris and edwin tried to search for it but to no avail, the ant remained missing.
after service, i went upstairs to look for my drum sticks. i left it at the place we put our bags during yf on Saturday. the sticks weren't there already. sigh! where has it gone to.
to the twins: i missed u dearly, pls come back to daddy.
hehe. im getting lamer by the minute. pui! MOB training was next. the mobbers went there as a group except for chris who was still at home i think. i felt quite bad about it cuz no one informed him about the time to meet.
at Rindu house, Renzi told us that we have to earn our own files by answering some questions. the questions were asked based on the skit performed by them. it was presented in thai and we had to guess what they were saying.
pastor matthew's preaching was next. during his preaching, i saw quite alot of things which i felt quite funny. after service, the last tbing i wanna have is another sermon. as in i dun mind if im sitting on the sofa cuz the floor is awfully hard. afterall, i have a royal ass. lol
after training, went to swensons with daniel nana nicole and cheryl. we waiting for like 20 mins before there's a seat for five.cheryl and christina left us to go shopping. bleah. haha. nicole was reading book while daniel was searching for music for me to listen to. we crapped like almost every minute while we were there as usual. went home after that.
i had to go bugis to meet my mum and grandmother to buy digi cam for me. was actually looking at the olumpus cam (design similar to mich's cam) but the sliding thing in front looks fragile and might spoil if i kept sliding it. canon's camera are bulky. sony ain't very specialised in cameras. so conclusion, i chose casio because of the big screen.
sigh! have to go back to work already.
