parting - painful

you know sometimes when u feel alone, all we have to do is to reflect on how we survived so far. people that we are close to will definitely appear before us. recently, i've been really busy with my final year project and it resulted in my m0odswings in school. i probably offended quite alot of people, sometimes i just can't please everyone, can i? i thought about my three years in poly, wouldn't it be quite sad if i were to leave without having made any close friends?
then, i thought about james and kristie. they were close to me for three semesters. they were there constantly for me when i needed them. there are times when i fought with kristie, it never lasted more than a day. we spent alot of time together, the three of us, be it studies or play. i really thank God for them, for being so different from the rest, for accepting who i am. no matter how unreasonable i am at times or when i fall sick. they will still sit with me or sms me to see if im doing okie. i'll be graduating in like 4 weeks time. i guess that will be goodbye. kristie will be going England. both James and i will be serving in NS.my weekends will most probably taken up by either church or family. parting sucks, thats life. we have to go through all these things constantly. every year, there will be people from church furthering their studies overseas. one by one gone. i want to say that i am immune to that already but how can it be possible. memories, nice memories always come back once in a while to remind me how wonderful it is when my friends were around.
people have to go through this parting treatment to help us depend on God's love because He is eternal. He is omnipresent. He will never forsake us. He is faithful. God is so GOOD!!
